Hello, I'm Rylee

I make big, complicated things feel effortless — for the people experiencing them and the teams behind them. I’ve spent over two decades in hospitality and events, recently running operations across four Seattle venues I genuinely loved, and right now I’m leading safety and security planning for Seattle’s FIFA World Cup 2026 host city program. But alongside all of that, I’ve been growing a deep passion for brand identity and design — the kind of work where you get to shape how something feels before anyone ever walks through the door. I recently designed the full visual identity and conference website for a national trade organization, and it reminded me how much I love building something from the ground up creatively. I have a degree in Digital Design and years of hands-on experience with everything from logo systems to websites to print — and I’m looking for work that lets me bring both sides of my brain together. I wear a lot of hats, and I’ve found that’s my greatest strength — so whether you need someone to build your brand from scratch, get your new team up to speed, or spoil your dog while you finally take that vacation, I’d love to connect.
